શનિ જયંતી હિંદુ ધર્મમાં ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ તહેવાર છે. આ દિવસે ભગવાન શનિદેવની જન્મ જયંતી ઉજવવામાં આવે છે. શનિ દેવ કર્મ, ન્યાય, અનુશાસન અને વિલંબના ગ્રહ તરીકે જાણીતા છે. તેઓ સાચા કર્મનું ફળ આપનારા માનવામાં આવે છે.

શનિ જયંતી ૨૦૨૬ની તારીખ
વર્ષ ૨૦૨૬માં શનિ જયંતી ૧૬ મે ૨૦૨૬ (શનિવાર)ના રોજ ઉજવવામાં આવશે. આ દિવસ વૈશાખ માસની અમાવસ્યા છે. અમાવસ્યા તિથિ સવારે શરૂ થાય છે અને આગલા દિવસ સુધી રહે છે. આ વર્ષે શનિવાર સાથેનું સંયોજન વિશેષ શુભ માનવામાં આવે છે.

શનિ જયંતીનું મહત્વ
શનિ જયંતી પર શનિદેવની પૂજા અર્ચના કરવાથી શનિ દોષ, સાડેસાતી અને ઢૈયા જેવી અશુભ અસરોમાંથી મુક્તિ મળે છે. આ દિવસે કરેલા ઉપાયો અને દાન-પુણ્યથી ભક્તોને આર્થિક સ્થિરતા, સ્વાસ્થ્ય સુધારો અને કાર્યોમાં સફળતા મળે છે. શનિ દેવ લાંબા સમય સુધી પરીક્ષા લે છે પરંતુ સાચા કર્મીને વળતર પણ આપે છે.

પુરાણો અનુસાર શનિ દેવ સૂર્ય દેવ અને છાયાના પુત્ર છે. તેઓ ભગવાન બ્રહ્મા દ્વારા ન્યાયાધીશ તરીકે વરદાન પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે. તેમની દૃષ્ટિ અને અસરથી વ્યક્તિના કર્મોનું ફળ મળે છે. આ દિવસે તેમની પૂજા કરીને તેમની કૃપા પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકાય છે.

શનિ જયંતી પૂજા વિધિ
સવારે વહેલા ઉઠીને સ્નાન કરો અને સ્વચ્છ કાળા અથવા વાદળી વસ્ત્રો પહેરો.
ઘરમાં અથવા શનિ મંદિરમાં પૂજા સ્થળ સાફ કરો.
શનિ દેવની મૂર્તિ અથવા ચિત્ર સામે દીપક પ્રગટાવો (સરસિયાના તેલનો).
કાળા તલ, ઉડદ દાળ, કાળા વસ્ત્ર, લોખંડની વસ્તુઓ અને તેલનું દાન કરો.
શનિ મંત્ર: “ॐ प्रां प्रीं प्रौं स: शनैश्चराय नम:”નો જાપ કરો.
હનુમાન ચાલીસા અથવા શનિ ચાલીસાનો પાઠ કરો.
પીપળાના વૃક્ષ પર તેલ ચઢાવો અથવા શનિ મંદિરમાં અર્પણ કરો.

શનિ જયંતીના અસરકારક ઉપાયો
તેલનો દીપક: સરસિયાના તેલનો દીપક પીપળા વૃક્ષ અથવા શનિ મંદિરમાં પ્રગટાવો. આથી શનિ દોષ દૂર થાય છે.
દાન: કાળા તલ, ઉડદના લાડુ, કાળા વસ્ત્ર, લોખંડ, જૂના કપડા અને અનાજ ગરીબોને આપો.
ઉપવાસ: આ દિવસે ઉપવાસ રાખીને શનિ દેવને પ્રસન્ન કરો.
મંત્ર જાપ: ઉપરોક્ત શનિ મંત્રનો ૧૦૮ વાર જાપ કરો.
હનુમાનજીની પૂજા: શનિ દેવના આરાધ્ય ભગવાન હનુમાન અને શિવજીની પૂજા કરો. કાળા તલ મિશ્રિત જળથી શિવલિંગ પર અભિષેક કરો.
કાગડાને રોટલી: કાગડાને રોટલી ખવડાવવાથી શનિની અશુભ અસર ઘટે છે.
કપૂર નો ઉપાય: કાળા કપડામાં કપૂર બાંધીને ઘરના દરવાજે લટકાવો (રાહુ-શનિ દોષ માટે).

આ ઉપાયો શ્રદ્ધા અને નિયમિતતાથી કરવા જોઈએ. શનિ દેવને પ્રસન્ન કરવાથી જીવનમાં આવતી અડચણો દૂર થાય છે, વ્યવસાય અને નોકરીમાં સ્થિરતા મળે છે અને આરોગ્ય સારું રહે છે.
